  • Man those ribs aren't good for you. You should have some lean red meat

  • That all sounds delicious, how much can I have?
  • Well there is lean meats so your beef, pork ,veal, lamb, kangaroo and lean sausages. Poultry so that's chicken, turkey, emu, duck and goose, Seafood such as fish, prawns, oysters, lobsters, mussels, crab and scallops. Nuts and seeds so sesame seed, almonds, hazelnuts and pine nuts
