Oliver and Orlando are walking through the forrest and up to this point Oliver is able to conceal his feelings for Celia but throws himself to the ground for he is overcome with love. Orlando attempts to comfort his brother
Orlando tells Oliver that he will give his blessing for Oliver to marry Celia. Rosalind enters from the back excited to have found Orlando. Rosalind and Oliver exchange hellos. Oliver leaves to get ready for the wedding.
Rosalind shows concern for Orlando's arm. After acknowledging the arm, she goes on to talk about her fainting upon seeing the bloody handkerchief and how his brother will wed his sister giving hope to future couples/love at first sight
Rosalind begins pacing back and forth explaining how if he loves Rosalind as much as his brother loves Celia then the two shall be married the next day.
Enter Phoebe and Silvius. Phoebe is angry at Rosalind for reading her letter to Silvius. Rosalind tries to explain the Silvius is the one who loves her. Phoebe wants to marry Rosalind, Silvius wants to marry Phoebe, and Orlando wants to marry Rosalind.
Rosalind tell each one to return here the next day and they will each marry the person the love, that is if they will have them.
