  • Abigail, you are such a liar. Why are you going around hurting peoples families? Don't know now better then that. I'm tired of this little secret we have going on
  • All I want is to be with you why can't you accept it John. Your wife needs to be out of the picture
  • John Proctor is a great, respectful, honest man, but a man who hates hypocrites (Abigail). John is also living his life with a secret
  • John is shameful for the secret he has kept, it's keeping him from going to the court and having Abigail tell the court about his secret
  • Hmmmmmm. Lol, okay
  • John Proctor as Tragic Hero
  • Abigail! You need to go to the court and tell them that everything you're doing is a lie!.... You know what, DON'T EVEN GO!
  • John's wife Elizabeth is accused of witchcraft, and John knows that Abigail wants his wife for dead
  • My wife will NOT be accused of NO witchcraft
  • If I tell on Abigail I tell on myself!! I have no idea what to do in this situation.
  • John is forced to admit to his adultery when he reveals Abigail's motives for wanting his wife dead.
  • I want to tel the people Abigail isn't a good person, but I don't want to get my reputation messed up for committing adultery
  • John considers confessing to witchcraft to save his own life, but can't go through with it because he would be selling his friends out and giving up his good name.
  • John is killed as a witch, but he finally sees himself as a good man again. The townspeople are sad because they realize that good people are being killed
