  • Yes he did. Chaucer's stories raised our hopes whilst in the midst of the 'Black Death'.

  • Renaissance Date: 1500 - 1650
  • FUN FACT: The word, Renaissance means 'rebirth' in French
  • Yes, I saw Shakespeare's 'Macbeth'. I found the Witches to be very frightening!
  • Have you ever been to the Globe Theatre?
  • FUN FACT: During Romanticism, there was a revolution in France which influence 'Freedom' in literature

  • I prefer Mary Shelley's 'Frankenstein' it was very spine chilling to read
