LBJ signed the Civil Rights Act of 1964 cause he didn't want segregation and people approved
LBJ signed the Civil Acts Rights of 1964 cause he was free from the southern political bonds
LBJ wanted to help the segregated people because he saw that they were poor first hand as a teacher and didn't want ti see him like that and said it was the right thing to do
LBJ was pushing to get the act signed but people approved it more the JFK's push because LBJ's was at a nicer pace so everyone agreed and the approval rate was higher
LBJ wanted to help but couldn't but now that he was free he could end segregation and and now could focus cause he had no constraints
