  • Amendment #1
  • We should make a law to oppose the free will of speech and write.
  • But the first amendment says that we can´t violate those rights!
  • Amendment #2
  • Because the second amendment, I am allowed to own this weaponry!
  • Amendment #3
  • NO! You are not allowed to live in my home unless the law says so!
  • Congress cannot make any laws that violate the freedom of speech, the freedom to write whatever they want, the right to peacefully assemble in groups, or to petition against things that the people don't believe is right.
  • Amendment #4
  • You can´t search my house! You don´t have a warrant!
  • Each state needs to have a small military force to protect the state and it is the right of the people to own a gun to defend themselves.
  • Amendment #5
  • You can´t be tried again for your crime against Mr. Smith! The fifth amendment bans it!
  • No soldiers are allowed to be quartered or housed in a person's house without the house owner's permission. This is also not allowed in a time of war. The soldier may only be quartered if the law says so.
  • Amendment #6
  • John Williamson has the right to have a lawyer, a witness and a chance to confront the witness.
  • You are not allowed to search people's things without a permit.
  • People can't be tried at court for the same reason twice. After the trial is over the person can´t be tried again for the same case.
  • Everyone has the right to a fair trial with a fair jury and have a witness, to confront the other witness, and have a lawyer.
