  • Thankfully, it was Mrs. Parsons who was knocking at his door. Winston goes to Mrs. Parsons flat to attempt to repair her sink.
  • Comrade, can you check my sink out? It's blocked up.
  • After Winston removed the clot in Mrs. Parson's sink, her children entered the room and were discontent.
  • They're upset because I was unable to take the to the hanging.
  • Traitor
  • We want to see the hanging!
  • Winston returns back to his flat and goes back to writing in his diary.
  • Winston's telescreen went off and as always, he kept his back turned towards it.
  • After the telescreen turns off, Winston begins writing again. He wrote every thought he had about Big Brother. He then attempts to hide his diary and wash his ink-stained hands to attempt to hide evidence.
