  • Vanishing caloric density is if something melts down quickly, your brain thinks that there’s no calories in it . . . you can just keep eating it forever.
  • Sinister Junk Food Scientists started sabotaging our snack foods in the mid 1980's. Salt adds flavor and hides the taste of preservatives, fat sends pleasure signals to the brain, and sugar makes your body crave more and not register the calories. 
  • They do all this it because it’s cheap to make and people will pay a lot for addictive foods.
