  • HOW DO I DEVELOP AN APPROPRIATE FITNESS PROGRAM AND FIND THE MOTIVATION TO COMMIT TO IT? 
  • I want to start working out but how do I develop an appropriate fitness program?
  • Don't worry. Ill help show you a step by step guide on how to develop a fitness a program that works for you.
  • Firstly, check how fit you are. Put yourself through a couple of tests and keep track. With this knowledge you an assign yourself workouts that arent too easy or too extreme for you.
  • When the hip flexors are too strong or too tight, they tug on the lower spine, which can create lower back discomfort. Second, plank exercises recruit a betterbalance of muscles on the front, sides, and back of the body during exercise than do sit-ups, which target just a few muscles.
  • Next,  Design your workout plan. Get an idea on what you want to work on (Flexibility, muscles, abs etc) and basically conisder your fitness goals. Then create a balanced routine.

  • Thirdly, GO SHOPPING! No, but seriously get the equipment you need. Start with athletic shoes and built on from there.
  • Finally, Get started :). Start slowly and gradually build up. Make sure to be creative and break things if you have to.
