  • WE WANT BREAD!!
  • No single man will have complete authority over my people.
  • Quiet, quiet. We shall figure out the problems of the government with this meeting.
  • RESPECT THE THIRD ESTATE!!
  • NO MORE TAXES!!
  • The Tennis Court Oath
  • THE KING WILL LOSE HIS RIGHTS, HE SHALL BE OVERTHROWN.
  • LIBERTY, EQUALITY, AND FRATERNITY
  • GIVE US THE GUNPOWDER!!
  • The Storming of the Bastille
  • DOWN WITH TYRANNY!!
  • NO MORE TORTURE!!!!!
  • Within the meeting of the estates, King Louis summons the estates to discuss the issues of the government. He adresses the financial crisis of france as well as how their future voting system will work, and who will get the advantage. In the end, the third estate forms their own national assembly and starts to rebel.

  • LOWER THE PRICES!!
  • At the Tennis Court Oath, the third estate, or national assembly, met to discuss their rebellion. They pledged to overthrow the king, limit the monarchy, and gain rights for the common people. Their slogan was "Liberty, equality, and fraternity."
  • The Reign of Terror
  • QUIET!
  • THE MONARCHY WILL COME TO AN END!!
  • The storming of the bastille was the first physical action taken against the royalty. It was the start of a true revolution. The commoners rushed through the prison, either taking or destroying everyhting in their path. They specifically took gunpowder. Since they were starting a rebellion, they would need all the weapon and supplies possible. The date of July 14th, 1789 marked the start of a bigger cause by the third estate.

  • I, Napoleon, will arise as the leader of France and reignite the fire we once had. WE WILL ONCE AGAIN BE POWERFUL!!
