Jackson's Indian Removal Policy States that Jackson didnt like the native americans so he asked Congress to pass a law to remove Indians West of the Mississippi but the Cherokees rejected Jackson's proposal and then took the case to the Supreme Court. After time the Indians won the Case and Jackson ignored the ruling.
Andrew Jackson was known as a "Common Man" and all of his supporters are known as "common people" which consisted of laborers, farmers and frontiersmen. Jackson Fought Against the Wealthy and Powerful in Washington D.C
Jackson believed that because he won the election, he should get to replace all of Adams' people with his own people.
