You have what is called BED, Benge Eating Disorder. It is common among many adults. With help, you'll be able to beat this disease and began to take a healthier approach in life.
Bing eating begins in some people during teenage years, and can continue into adulthood. B.E.D. is the most common eating disorder among adults in the US compared to anorexia and bulimia. On average, the onset of B.E.D. in adults appears at a later age compared to bulimia and anorexia.
Symptoms of Bing Eating: Regularly eating far more food than most people would in a similar time period under similar circumstances Feeling that one’s eating is out of control during a binge Being very upset by binge eating On average, binge eating takes place at least once a week for 3 months Eating extremely fast Eating beyond feeling full Eating large amounts of food when not hungry Eating alone to hide how much one is eating Feeling bad about oneself after a binge
Eating disorders can cause one's growth to go in a very negative way. Eating disorders typically are lead by social stresses, emotional disorder, and possibly even a chemical imbalance causing the emotional/ mental disorder. Having a negative body image of yourself can cause one to miss out on a lot of things: sports, clubs, job opportunities, and possibly even social groups.
