  • I wrote the Declaration of Independence
  • And we need all other persons to count for representation because they are "people"!

  • Why can't you understand that we need proportional representation to reflect the US citizen's views.
  • Uh oh, without agreement our country will fall apart!

  • Not Fair! it should be equal because we are equal States! The big states will make the decisions if it is proportional!
