  • Kepler had two brother named Christoph and Heinrich and one sister named Margaretha, he was the smallest child. His parents were named Heinrich Kepler and Katharina Guldenmann. His grandfather as major of that town. One day Kepler met Barbara Muller and they fell in love and got married. Years after they had one child.
  • At University Kepler studied philosophy and theology. Then he realized he was a really good mathematician and became an astronomer. He learned both ptolemaic and copernican system and believed that Copernicus system was more realistic.
  • Kepler discoveries were the three laws of planetary motion, which are The planets move in elliptical orbits with the sun at one focus, “Area law” and "Harmonic law." His major discovery was The planets move in elliptical orbits with the sun at one focus, because back then knowing about this topic was very popular and also hard to understand.
  • Kepler teacher, Braham, was jealous at kepler because he wanted to be smarter than him so he didn’t let him study about that topic. Kepler couldn’t stand not studying about it so when Braham died he grabbed Braham notes and his notes and put them together and study more about it until it became a famous discovery.
  • Kepler's death was really absurd. He was 58 years old when he was having dinner with royal people and there was a rule that you can’t go to the bathroom until everyone finished dinner. Back then they ate and drinked a lot so at that dinner he wanted to go to the bathroom but waited. He started to laughing and his lungs exploded and died.
