Teaches you how to do a backhand spring.
First you start off by running into a hurdle.
Then you want to place your hands on the ground and kick your feet into the air, make sure you body is tight and toes are pointed.
From there then you kick your legs over to the ground again, make sure that you keep your hands up because from there you will go into your back-handspring.
Then lean back into a sitting position and throw your upper body back.
At this point you are upside down you should drive your legs back to the ground.
Finally after you land you rebound.
