The Respiratory System is a series of organs that help us take in air and let out carbon dioxide (help us breathe)
1. The airways allow air into the body and into the lungs. 2. The lungs help to pass oxygen into the body and remove carbon dioxide from the body. 3. Lastly the muscles help the diaphragm pump air in and out of the lungs.
There are 3 major parts of the Respiratory system.
