Hera got jealous of Zeus and all of the children he had with other women that became gods. So She asked Eros to use his arrows to make her fall in love with another. The first person she saw was Pan.
When she learned that she was carrying a child she quickly went to the woods and gave birth and left the child there with a pack of wolves to make sure Zeus never found out.
The Child, Fidelitas, was then raised and kept safe by the wolves. He learned from them the importance of loyalty.
As Fidelitas got older he learned of his Mother Hera and traveled to Mount Olympus. There he spoke to Zeus and Hera talking about being Hera's son. He also brought them the gift of the Sunflower which represented loyalty.
Hera convinced Zeus and Fidelitas that Zeus was his father. Zeus then asked him what he wanted to watch and rule over. Fidelitas answered with being able to watch over the creatures that watched over him and the lesson they taught him, so he can make sure everyone learns to be loyal.
