Storyboard Text

  • I wonder if the internet is able to affect a child's development.
  • Are children smarter and more socialized because of the internet?
  • Writing reports has a really long proccess.
  • The beginning of this research report began with the thought of how the internet can affect us as human beings.
  • The First step to the research plan was to choose a specific topic, and then create a research question. The research question I came up with was "Are children smarter and more socialized because of the internet?"
  • Almost done!
  • After I came up with my research question, It was time to do research. I also gathered a bunch of notes that was relevant to the research topic. After I had a list of notes I was then able to make a thesis statement which was, "As our generation progresses, the internet can help a child's learning experience and make them more intelligent."
  • FInally!
  • When I got all my research question, notes, and thesis statement, I was now able to begin my first draft. My first draft consisted of my thesis and information that was related to the research question. After I finished my final draft, then next step was to create a second draft. The second draft was a fixed up version that contained paraphrasing, summarizing, and direct quotes.
  • The next thing to do was to write my final draft of this research report. The final draft consisted of work citation from the direct quotes, paraphrased texts, and also summarized texts. These citations included footnotes and also endnotes.
  • Finally, after everything was inserted into the researched report, it was ready to be turned into the teacher.
