Storyboard Text

  • Brian Walker Ethan Collins Paul Hazen.
  • In the Carbon cycle Photosynthesis transfers sunlight and Co2 energy into plants.
  • The plant also absorbs H2o and Co2 to make oxygen and carbs.
  • A series of steps in which organisms transfer energy by eating and being eaten.
  • A herbivore eats plants and is later eaten by a carnivore. Once the carnivore dies decomposers, detrivores feed on it's body.
  • Cellular Respiration is the process that releases energy by breaking down glucose and other food molecules in the presence of oxygen.
  • People and animals breathe in oxygen and release Co2 in which plants take in.
  • Decomposition is when organic matter decomposes and puts carbon into the ground.
  • When an animal or plant dies, it's body decomposes and puts carbon into the ground.
  • Combustion occurs when any organic material is reacted in the presence of oxygen to give off H2o and Co2 and energy.
  • The organic material can be any fossil fuel such as coal methane and oil.
