  • Rising Action
  • Rising Action
  • The king of Crete is asking Daedalus to make a palace for him. 
  • Climax
  • Daedalus finished his work and asked for his money so he can leave Crete. King Minos won't let him or his son leave because they know the secret to his maze.
  • Falling Action
  • Daedalus and his son lived in the King's castle with great comfort but they were still prisoners. Daedalus's son Icarus liked staying at the King's castle while Daedalus did not.
  • Resolution 
  • After some days goes by Daedalus makes his greatest invention, wings for a human so that he and his son can fly away out of Crete. 
  • Daedalus told his son a warning to not fly up to the sun but Icarus didn't listen and flied up to the sun. The wax the connected him to the wings melted off and the wings fell of making Icaeus fall too.
  • Icaeus fell down into a river and nothing was there except the wings Icaeus had.
