Nutrient timing summative assessment.

It's 8 AM on a football gameday. For breakfast I will eat 2 scrambled eggs and toast with a side of strawberries and orange juice. This will contain a lot of protein and carbs and a little bit of fat in the butter on the toast.
It's 11 AM and I will eat a snack during class. I will have a protein bar and an apple with a bottle of water. This will give me carbs from the apple and a little from the bar. and protein from the protein bar.
1 O'clock! Lunch time! I will eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, an apple, peppers with ranch, peanut butter crackers, and protein bars along with a bottle or to of water. This will give me protein and carbs and not a lot of fats because it is getting closer to the game.
Its 4:30 and its time for team dinner. We will eat pasts, rolls, salad, and drink gatorade. from this we will get lots of carbs and a little protein from the meatballs in the pasta.
GAME TIME! 8PM!
Successful game! After the game we will either eat pizza in the locker room or go to Buffalo wild wings for a burger and chocolate milk. From this we will get protein and some carbs from the bun and fries.
