  • The shift was when it went from him talking about his sick love to him expressing his thoughts and feelings about his past love.
  • The title talks about how he is love is sick and how he's longing for his love to come back.
  • The theme that is expressed is that sometimes with love, when you are left it can make one become sick and depressed, because being heart broken is like an illness.
