Storyboard Text

  • As the children became more and more curious of why we never come down off of the mountain range unless it was by boat, I began to explain the climate change that caused The Great Flood.
  • After the flood began people started to flee to highest mountain ranges in their vicinity. After people were settled we all had to figure ways of mobility, food, water, and shelter.
  • So now in Georgia, we realized that we weren't going to be able to be as agriculturally lenient because of the soil being infiltrated with salt water. We also realized that we couldn't rely to much on hunting anymore seeing that most forest animals became deceased because of their unamphibious nature. we also recognized that we would be unable to use alot of wood because the short supply, because of the salt water killing the flora not elevsated enough to escape the salty water
  • And that my grandchildren is how we survived the great flood.
  • Now, our main source of food and commerce are fish and crustaceans from the water that surrounds us all. We now trade our fish for resources we don't have and others do. For example, we trade our regional fish and pine cones in exchange for melted snow for fresh water.
  • For Shelter, we all built brick houses for more stability in case another great flood comes. Some people who felt it was still pointless to build a home live on their boats.
  • The End.
