  • We have come to a compromise that we shall count them as 3/5 of our population
  • We have decided that we are going to separate all the powers, so that everyone will have an equal amount of power and say in making decisions
  • Checks and balances, this was a counter balance to make sure that one part of the government didn't have too much power over over the other parts of the government
  • Hey thats unfair
  • Ratification: this is the principle approval of an act of its agency where the agent lacked authority to legally bind the principal, ually is the official way to confirm something usually by vote
  • Executive Branch: enforcing the law
  • Judicial Branch: supreme court's
  • Legislative Branch: senate and house of representatives
  • Sovereignty: This is the supreme court and they authority of all the laws and how they are enforced to the people
  • Federalists: They were a group of individuals that formed to support the constitution, and believed that the bill of rights was unlawful
