Teamwork makes the dreamwork
This storyboard does not have a description.
Hey, we need an LT to work on Manhattan. Who do you have available?
The best part is that each time an Issue or Story was completed, the team moved it to QA, so not only was all of the work done, it was also cross-checked by another member of the team.
Actually, this time around, we're going to have the whole team work through your issues collaboratively. We'll build a list of your needs and everyone will work through the list together...
OK, team, we've built the "backlog" of items that need to happen for this course. When you have a minute, grab an issue from the list and work it. When you're done, move it to QA then on to the next one.
(The team, in unison) LET'S DO IT!
JIRA Board for Sprint - Copy Course [Assigned to Tom] - Add Syllabus [Assigned to Jane] - Add Meeting Links [Assigned to Tom] - Add Video Tool
OK PDM, the team completed all of your tasks. We used a burndown chart to track our progress as we completed issues. We did all the same work you used to assign to your LT, but we did it faster and added QA. Anytime you wonder what the team is up to, just check out the Burndown Chart or Backlog...
That's great, I'll tell Dr. Blank!
Hi Dr. Blank, the courses are ready to go. I think you'll find that courses are error free...
Glad to hear it. You know how unruly faculty can be when things aren't done right the first time. How did you do it?
As they say, teamwork makes the dream work!
