  • Fine!! I'll let the Isrealites Go!!!!
  • YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • Moses was an Isrealite who grew up in the Pharaoh's palace as a Prince of Egypt. God instructed moses to free the Isrealites from slavery, so he asked the pharaoh for permission to fulfill this COVENANT. "Let My People Go!!!"
  • There were 10 plagues in all, but 3 of them is that all the water turned into blood, frogs 'invaded' egypt, and lice. The Passover is the week that Jacob's decendants get freed from slavery.
  • Lets get back to Canaan!!!!
  • Jacob's decendents were freed from the 10 plagues. The Pharaoh would not let the Isrealites go until the 10th plague when his son died, so he made an ETHICAL decision to free the Isrealites.
  • Moses got the 10 commandments when he stopped at a volcano with his people. The Isrealites at this time were on the way back to Canaan. God told Moses to go to the top to meet with him. When he came back he had the 10 commandments.
  • Since the Pharaoh freed the Isrealites, God told them to go back to Canaan. They knew that since they were gone for so long, people would be settling there so they knew they would have to fight. On the way, almost there Moses died. His assistant, Joshua leaded the Isrealites.
