British East India Company
Major, yet ultimately non-successful uprising in India from 1857-1858.The causation of this was because of many things such as;Social reforms,Harsh taxes, and the lack of improvements brought by the british.
The start of the declinement of the Mughal empire began with the death of Aurangzeb,It was the strongest empire when he was alive yet only 50 years after his death it had disintegrated.Invasions,Lack of funding, and its size and regional powers conficting were also causes for its unfortunate downfall.
