  • As these problems came to light, the congressmen realized they might need to rewrite the Artlces
  • In order for the constitution to get ratified, the congressmen decide to add a Bill of Rights for the people.
  • A document FOR the people!
  • That will get the new constitution ratified!
  • And this became the constitution, still used today!
  • How wonderful!
  • Now we're safe too!
  • The new Bill allowed for the people to be protected, which made them content with the new constitution.
  • The people didn't want another tyrannical ruler like King George.
  • The Bill of Rights are ten amendments that are for the people and protect their rights. Due process makes the government follow the rules they wrote.
