Wanda would utter the most disloyal things concerning the US constitution. She did not believe in the war or any ideas of president Wilson.
President Wilson, In response to Wandas unreasonable and negative debates, made the Espionage Act of 1917 to break off the anti war faction debates. Wanda and her crew continued to argue against the Constitution and then was fined due to a modified version of the Espionage act called the Sedition Act of 1918.
