I bought this television a week ago and it is not working properly. I would like to return it.

Yes, all the paperwork is right here. It says in the warranty that I should be able to return this television for a full refund.
Um, I don't see that in the warranty. It says here that you are only allowed credit towards a new television of the same brand.
I don't want store credit or a new television. I want my money back.

I would suggest writing a letter to the manufacturer. Maybe you will have better luck with them.
