  • Bob has to write a speech to pitch his great idea to get more recyling bins in their building to his boss and his co-workers. He is going to write out his speech first to get all his main ideas together.
  • I know I need to do a bunch of research and take notes on recycling so that I know what I'm talking about when I speak!
  • Bob finishes up writing his speech. He took many great notes, made multiple drafts, and ended up with a great speech. Now all Bob is worried about is public speaking!
  • I'm so nervous!
  • Bob decides to look up some tips on public speaking and practices in front of a fake audience. He addresses the audience as if they're his co-workers.
  • You can do this Bob! Just visualize yourseft being successful with this speech!
  • Recycle!
  • The morning of Bob's speech he is completely confindent in his pitching his idea because he took the steps to writing a great speech and practiced his public speaking!
  • I'm ready! I'm ready!
  • Bob did his speech perfectly! All the steps he took to being a great oral speaker really paid off!
  • Now, thanks to Bob and his great new skills, the office is helping the world become a better place!
