This storyboard does not have a description.
Alexander Hamilton was Washington's Secretary of Treasury and he created the National Bank
Thomas Jefferson was also in Washington's cabinet. He was the Secretary of State.
The most controversial thing about Hamilton's plan was that Hamilton felt the need for a strong central government, while jefferson wanted a stronger state government.
We need a national bank!
No! Why do that when the states can do the exact same thing?
I believe in a strict interpretation of the constitution which means that if it is not stated in the constitution, then we do no have the power to do so.
I believe in a loose interpretation which means that if the Constitution does not say the government can not do something, then the government is allowed to do so.
