  • This story takes pace in the fair Verona, Italy In the late 1600s, early 1700s.
  • Climax
  • The Montagues and Capulets have been hating each other for a very long time. This hatred has sperated the city in two and overtakes the streets with fights and brawls.
  • Falling Action
  • Romeo attends a Capulet party where he meets Juliet and they instantly fall deeply in love but they cannot be in love.
  • Resolution
  • Lord Capulet wants Juliet to marry Paris, But She doesn't want to because she is married to Juliet. Friar Lawrence gives Juliet a potion that makes her appear dead for 42 hours and she is expecting Romeo to be there when she awakens. But when Romeo arrives at the tomb he kills Paris and himself himself with poison because he thinks she is really dead.
  • Frier Lawrence tells the real story about Romeo and Juliet to everbody.
  • The Montagues and Capulets are both very sad about th death of their children. They vow to end the feud and make peace between the 2 families
