Hello, I’m VaLori Stamps your Branch Subject Matter Expert for the CRM/Prism Project. I’ve been with CACU for over 14 years and have over 20 years banking experience. I’m a subject matter expert in many areas of the credit union regarding member products and services and I’m always happy to help.
My name is Jenifer Witzke, I'm the Contact Center subject matter expert for the CRM/Prism project. I have worked with CommunityAmerica 15 years and have experience with several departments, including Contact Center, Branches and Deposit Operations. I’m very excited about being part of this project and look forward to bringing you this new CRM system.
Yes it can! The system is called Member Diary & it will be a module within Branch Suite.
