Before there was life on earth, God created a man named Moon and sent him to live at the bottom the ocean. Moon wanted to live on the land, and despite God's warnings, he went to live there anyways.
Eventually Moon became very lonely without any life on earth. God took pity on him and sent him a wife named Morningstar for two years. She brought fire with her, and made a fire in the middle of Moon's tent.
During the night, Moon crossed the fire and made love to Morningstar. In the morning, she gave birth to all of the plants on earth.
After the two years were over, Moon was once again incredibly lonely. God allowed for a woman named Eveningstar to keep Moon company. On her first night, she conceived and gave birth to cows, goats, and sheep. On the second night, she gave birth to antalopes and birds. On the third night, she gave birth to human boys and girls.
God warned Moon and Eveningstar to stop making love, but they did not listen. As a result, Eveningstar gave birth to the lions, leopards, snakes, and scorpions that terrorize mankind.
Moon had many daughters with Eveningstar, and he slept with all of them and produced more children. As a result, he ruled over a vast kingdom. Eveningstar became jealous and sent a snake to poison Moon. After falling ill, his rains stopped falling, and the rivers dried up. The people of his kingdom rose up and strangled him to death, and they through his body into the ocean. He rose to the skies to seek his first wife, Morningstar, and he stayed in the sky with her forever.
