  • Exposition 
  • Rising action 
  • Climax
  • This is the Exposition because Bill and Sam were thinking about kidnapping Red Chief. They decided to Kidnap the kid, so they kidnapped him and hid him in a cave. 
  • Falling action 
  • This is the Rising Action because after they kidnapped Red Chief he was being really annoying and he also was dangerous.  He almost killed Bill, when Bill was sleeping, and Red Chief jumps to different topics most of the time when he is talking.
  • Conclusion
  • This is the Climax because Red Chiefs dad sent a letter to Bill and Sam saying that they have to  bring Journey back to his father. The dad also told them that they have pay the Dad $250 and he will agree to take his kid back.
  • Theme
  • This is the Falling action because Bill and Sam got Red Chief to go back home by telling him that his dad bought him a new rifle and a pair of  moccasins for him. The last thing they told him is that they were going to hunt bears the next day. Red Chief agreed to go there.
  • This is the Conclusion because Bill and Sam went to Red Chiefs dad'd house and they have his dad $250 dollars , and the kid back. 
  • The theme is Making Choices can be hard because in the Beginning Bill and Sam were deciding if they should kidnap a kid. In the middle of the story they deciding of they should return the kid.
