  • Impact on your Family
  • Work= Money= Presents
  • Having a job as a teenager can be a very good thing, but it has an effect on you and others. This is what it is like to be a working teen.
  • Impact on your Friends
  • . . .
  • Working as a teen has a lot of stress. It interferes with schoolwork, but it provides money and other work skills for life.
  • Impact on the Community
  • Since working and school take up so much time, your family doesn't see you very much. However, working as a teen gives you independence from your family, which can help all financially.
  • Public Service Announcement
  • Working is a good skill, but don't forget about your teen life!
  • When teens have jobs, they loose time to spend with their friends. However, friends can still visit you at work and see you at school; they meet at any little chance.
  • Teens that work give a lot of help and service to their community. Also, with teens having jobs, they are less likely to waste their time and do bad things.
  • Having a job is something that everyone should eventually do. However, it can be hard to juggle work and school, so remember to keep your grades first.
