  • Hamlet and company see a ghost and aren't sure if it is the late ghost of King Hamlet or not.
  • "Doesn't he look like the King, Horatio?" (Act 1 Page 2)
  • Hamlet is confirming his suspicions that the ghost is his father.
  • "I'm the ghost of your father" (Act 1 Page 21)
  • Hamlet learns that Claudius is the true murderer, and Hamlet writes a play called the 'Mousetrap' to confirm this based on his reaction.
  • "Turn on the lights. Get me out of here!" (Act 3 page 62)
  • Claudius prays for forgiveness of the sins he committed, and Hamlet accidentally kills polonius thinking it is Claudius.
  • "Now that I've killed this guy, I'll be off in a hurry." (Act 3, Page 75)
  • Hamlet is sent to England to be executed. Ophelia kills herself over her father's death, and Laertes challenges Hamlet to fence on the grounds that Hamlet has killed his loved ones.
  • 'Goodbye, God be with you" (Act 4,  Page 88)
  • Laertes poisons his blade, and Claudius poisons the goblet of 'good health" with a pearl. Gertrude drinks it, and Hamlet get stabbed, as does Claudius and Laertes.
  • "Is this your little pearl in there? Follow my mother." (Act 5 Page 117)
