  • "The Most Dangerous Game"
  • Rainsford is on a yacht going to Rio.
  • The author tells us what Rainsford observes "He struggled up to the surface and tried to cry out, but the wash from the speeding yacht slapped him in the face, and the salt water in his open mouth made him gag and strangle" (Conell 63).
  • HELPPPP
  • Will you hunt people with me?????
  • Rainsford surprised said "Civilized? And you shoot down men?" (Conell 71).
  • WHATTT?!!!!
  • The author emphasizes the water from Rainsfords point of view "Twenty feet below him the seas rumbled and hissed. Rainsford hesitated. He heard the hound. Then he leaped far out into the sea..." (Conell 80).
  • The author confirms that Rainsford is alive "A man , who had been hiding in the curtains of the bed, was standing there. "Rainsford!" screamed the general. "How in Gods name did you get here?" "Swam," said rains ford" (Conell 80).
