Storyboard Description

Indeed, a picturebook should utilize the four elements that make it appealing to the reader, and convey the message that the author wants to pass. for instance, in my picture book, I have employed the use of color, shape line and texture, character and icons, composition and point of view in order to bring out the message that matches my title. For instance, I have used a black color for the queen in order to depict her as evil; as the title suggests. For Little Princess, I have used blue because it is associated with sadness; this is derived from the saying "feeling blue" which means that someone is sad. The characters used are the evil queen and the little princess. The little princess comes into the picture, to show how the evil queen was mistreating her. Alternatively, shape, Line and texture have been used to depict the emotions and the physical attributes of the characters. It is also used in the background theme to depict the setting of story that I wish to tell. Lastly, i have employed the third person omniscient point of view because it seems natural for an epic story. Furthermore, I felt that this point of view would give me an authoritative stance.
