Storyboard Text

  • Hello, today we talk about mitosis and its phases, the first phase is interphase, when the cell prepares itself for the divison.
  • The first phase is prophase, the start of the chain where the chromatids pair together and the nuclear membrane dissapears.
  • The next phase of Mitosis is metaphase, the chromosomes attach to spindles and meet in the middle of the cell.
  • The next phase is anaphase, the chromosomes split apart and move to opposite sides of the cell.
  • the next phase is telophase, where the chromosomes move to the opposite ends of the cell and the nuclear membrane forms again.
  • Cytokenesis is the last stage of Mitosis where the cell divides into two exact daughter cells. That is all the stages of mitosis and thanks for looking into my comic.
