Intro to Frederick Douglass
My name is Fredrick Douglass and my hometown is Tuckahoe where I spent most of my childhood.
Frederick Douglass Childhood
I never really got to see my mom at all. She was hired by Mr. Stewart. I did'nt know as a kid, but she was a slave.
As I grew older I became a slave. My masters name is Anthony with a overseer named Plummer. Plummer was not the nicest man and many people feared him.
A Good Friend

It was at this time, I learned how scary it was to be a slave.
