Storyboard Text

  • 1. Ordinary World
  • Yeah, it totally is, Rachel.
  • Hey, Chelsy. Isn't it a beautiful day?
  • 2. Call to Adventure
  • What are you doing in my house?!
  • 3. Refusal of the Call
  • Should I believe him?
  • My name is Chase Charming. You brought me here, remember.
  • Rachel Evans goes to her school, Primrose Junior High, and meets up with her best friend, Chelsy Matthews. After school, Rachel walks home and finds a poor, defenseless frog with bright green eyes. Since she loves animals, she decides to take it home with her.
  • 4. Meeting With the Mentor
  • Should I help him?
  • I have come to bring you to my world, so you can help us.
  • As Rachel is doing her math homework, she hears a splash coming from downstairs where she left the frog. When she sneaks down, she sees a boy with bright green eyes, who is the same age as her, standing in her room.
  • 5. Crossing the Threshhold
  • Do you hear that? I should go see what it is.
  • The boy tells Rachel that he is the frog, and his name is Chase Charming. Rachel doesn't know whether she should trust him.
  • 6. Tests, Allies, and Enemies
  • My name is Falicity Hart.
  • WOW! I have never seen a fairy before.
  • Chase explains that he is from a magical world full of wonder and beauty, and he has come to bring Rachel with him because she is destined to save the subjects of the kingdom from the evil king who rules the land.
  • Rachel agrees to go with Chase to Fairy Tale Land to help him. Together they land in the Dark Forest. They hear something suspicious in the woods. It sounded like horse hooves clopping through the forest. When Chase goes to investigate, an evil unicorn attacks Rachel.
  • It's so scary here.
  • Rachel and Chase travel to the dazzling Magic Meadows where Rachel meets a fairy named Falicity Hart. They decide to let her tag along on their journey. The trio encounters many difficulties on their quest because the king has set out to destroy them before the trio destroys him.
