  • In Macedonia. Aristotle is teaching Alexander.  
  • Father has told me all about this!  He said it's important to know as king.
  • Your father is correct especially because he is going away very soon.  
  • Today we will be learning about commanding a army.
  • Phillip II dies and his conquest plans go to Alexander 
  • I have bad news to tell you.  Your father just was assassinated. I'm so sorry.
  • Now that I'm king we're going to do what my father couldn't do: conquer the persian empire and more!! 
  • Alexander and his army conquered Persia, Egypt and parts of India without losing a battle 
  • Alexander built many Greek style cities and named them all Alexandria. The most famous one is in Egypt. 
  • Alexander died in Babylon by an unknown cause. He was only 35.
