Thank you Tony. My name is Charlie Catt, and I will be covering the cooking segment for South East TV today.
Today I will be cooking a batch of 12, healthy egg muffins followng a recipe from a keto diet guide.
The ingredients that will be used in this recipe are: 24 eggs, 2 finely chopped scallions, 150g of bacon, 175g shredded cheese and salt and pepper.
The first step in this process is to preheat your oven to 175 degrees in readiness for the mixture to be cooked once it's ready.
Chop and place the bacon and scallions into the greased tin.
Whisk the eggs together, then add the cheese and stir.
