  • If I don't get a husband now, I  will waste my life, and will forever be without money and food. even though I am second class and  my family is doing ok.
  • I am a third class homeless women. No person that is in power cares about what I say. I need to marry a man, it doesn't matter if I am not white, I need a man to marry me.

  • I must marry this man to have a happy and decent life.
  • You will be happy and marry me. do what ever I say and never speak against me. I will make the money so I am in charge.

  • I am a high class women coming from school, and I will live a happy life. I can even have a say in some political parties. I can speak out because I have a high social status.
  • In the 1500's a womens race or color didn't matter as much as the family satus did. The poor and second class women no matter the race would never get a job. At any time the women would always need a man to get a decent life.CI
  • In the 1500's a women's voice was never heard  and that means she could never speak her voice. Also any women in lower class society would be punished for speaking out no matter the race or color. The higher class could get what they want, especially if the ruler was a queen. This show that the difference in the 1500's was the society level of your family, or you.CI
  • The real difference in the 1500's for a women's job and schooling was her social status. Only the high class women of high society would have school and a nice life. Other than working for a family, a women's job would be a mom, or the women of the house. This shows how the women never were given a chance unless you were in a high social status place.CI
