Storyboard Text

  • Daisy vs Self
  • Everything is awfully and dreadfully terrible absolutely terrible. That is what I think now. I mean I am Daisy Fay Buchanan I'm rich and beautiful, have a nice home, I've been everywhere and seen everything.
  • Yet now I think everything is terrible.
  • Tom vs Gatsby
  • She never loved you Tom she only married you because I was gone and you were rich and there. Isn't that right Daisy?
  • Both of you please stop. You're upsetting me and ruining our time in the city.
  • Please. Maybe Daisy loved you, what five years ago? But she loves me now. We have a child together. Remember all the great times we had together Daisy?
  • George vs Self
  • Wilson's Garage
  • I can't believe Myrtle is dead. I will find the man who did this and I will find away to make him pay. I promise. I'm doing this for you Myrtle.
  • When Nick comes over to visit Daisy and Tom's phone keeps ringing during dinner, Daisy eventually ventures outside as Nick follows and expresses her feelings. She struggles with her new and somewhat recent views towards life and what to do about it.
  • After tensions rise at Tom and Daisy's house when Gatsby comes over and Tom realizes that she loves Gatsby, Daisy suggests a trip to the plaza where Gatsby and Tom lash out and fight over who Daisy loves more? Tom has a sense of security because of his money, status, and power but with Gatsby she feels young and wild again.
  • After Myrtle is hit and killed by Gatsby's car, though Daisy was driving, Tom takes advantage of the situation and leads George to the conclusion that it was Gatsby's fault and he was the one having the affair with Myrtle. George struggles with how to deal with his anger and grief and what  or if he will actually do something to get revenge and make him feel the pain he has caused.
