  • Aryabhata a hindu mathematician was born on 476 AD in Assaka or modern day Morroco and died in 550 AD
  • Aryabhata lived with both hindu and Budist religion
  • Aryabhata went to Kusumapura for advanced studies living with both hindu and Budist religion
  • Aryabhata Knowledge University was made in his honor India's' first was named after Aryabhata and while he didn't have kids he has a legacy.
  • Aryabhata wrote a book named Aryabhatiya which cover the topics of astronomy arithmetic algebra and trigonometry.
  • The Aryabhatiya has survived the test of time and to this day is used to teach others. AKU is currently in use pushing the next generation.
