Aryabhata lived with both hindu and Budist religion
Aryabhata went to Kusumapura for advanced studies living with both hindu and Budist religion
Aryabhata Knowledge University was made in his honor India's' first was named after Aryabhata and while he didn't have kids he has a legacy.
Aryabhata wrote a book named Aryabhatiya which cover the topics of astronomy arithmetic algebra and trigonometry.
The Aryabhatiya has survived the test of time and to this day is used to teach others. AKU is currently in use pushing the next generation.
