The soccer ball stayed at rest, until the girl kicked it. It will stop moving once the goalie catches it!
When mass doubles, acceleration halves. So when the boy throws the tennis ball, it goes farther than when the boy threw the bowling ball. The boy with the tennis ball used much less strength and energy than the other boy.
When the girl walks off of the boat, she will push off and move forwards and the boat will move backwards.
