- As a supervisor or employer, you must investigate the problem and ensure any unsafe condition is fixed.
- I knew I should of been more careful but they knew I didn't have the proper training to be on the job sight`

- If the matter is not resolved, the worker and the supervisor or employer must contact work safe BC
- Okay I will.
- I want you to go talk to your boss.
- I'm ready to come back to work, but I will need the proper training.
- I will make sure you have the best training possible!
- If a worker still views work as unsafe after a supervisor or employer has said it is safe to perform a job or task. a supervisor or employer, you must investigate the problem and ensure any unsafe condition is fixed.
